At Throne, we're a small group of tiny living people, working to help you with your own journey. Our store policies cover the most frequently asked questions about our standard operating procedures.

We are a small company with a dedicated group of team members working hard to get your orders on their way to you. All orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days. Orders received by 5pm Pacific Time on Sunday will be shipped the following Tuesday. You will receive a confirmation email from us after we process your order and another email when your order ships. If you need your order shipped sooner than Tuesday, please email us and let us know and we will do our best to get it on its way more quickly.
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over $599 USD.
You may select from UPS Ground, USPS First Class Package, USPS Priority, and USPS Priority Express.
You may select from USPS First-Class Package International or Priority Mail International. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Throne Composting Toilet is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Rest of the World
You may select between DHL Express, USPS First-Class Package International, USPS Priority Mail Express International, and USPS Priority Mail International. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Throne Composting Toilet is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer
If you’d like to pick your order up at our warehouse in Hayden, ID we would love to see you! Local pick-up orders are typically ready within 2-4 days of placing your order. Please wait to receive our email that your order is ready before coming to pick your order up. Bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes.
How do I check the status of my order?
You’ll receive a few emails from us to keep you in the loop about your order. First, you’ll receive an order confirmation within a few minutes of paying for your order. Once our team has process your order and put it into our shipping queue (usually within 2-3 days) you’ll receive another email from us confirming your shipping timeframe. When your order ships, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipment confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number so we can look into it for you.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the items condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Items in new/unused condition may be returned for a refund within 365 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment.
Shipping cost is non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

1-year non-transferable limited warranty
Throne Composting Toilet warrants that our products will be free of defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date that the product left our facility. For any defects covered under this warranty, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace your item, or refund your money up to the full purchase price of the defective item. This warranty only covers the original purchaser of the items; does not cover malfunction due to misuse, abuse, or improper installation or maintenance; does not cover the cost of shipping; does not cover incidental, consequential, or indirect damages; and is limited in value to the original purchase price of the defective item.
